Job Description
We are looking for a Physician Assistant or a nurse practitioner to join our growing primary care practice . Qualifications . Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification . State licensed in AZ, obtained by one start date . Proven work experience in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients age 16+ . The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all Backgrounds . An openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and Weaknesses Responsibilities Managing a patient panel with a broad array of needs , conducting mix of acute ,chronic ,and well visits Issue appropriate prescriptions and administer Acquire and review patient histories identifying abnormal conditions Monitor patients' progress and keep records of treatments, surgeries or other medical events Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for the patients Comply strictly with medical care regulations and safety standards Collaborate effectively with team members Skills Knowledge of medical guidelines and procedures regarding examination and therapy Familiarity with advancements in medical technology and current know-how Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task Caring and compassionate Team player with good communications skills
