Physician Assistant

LifeQuest is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing, integrated healthcare team. We combine medical, chiropractic, rehabilitation, and massage therapy to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care — all under one roof. Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and re-exams Obtain and review medical histories and diagnostic results Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics Perform in-office procedures, including: Trigger point injections, Joint injections (ultrasound-guided preferred), IV therapy, Hormone therapy support and Weight management treatments. Collaborate with chiropractors, rehab specialists, and medical team members Educate patients on treatment plans, preventative care, and long-term wellness Qualifications Active Arizona PA-C license Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and patient care approach Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience in integrative, functional, or wellness-based care is a plus Injection and procedural experience preferred What We Offer Collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment Opportunity to work with a wide variety of cases (wellness, injury, rehab) Consistent fulltime day schedule (Monday-Thursday, and Friday mornings) Competitive compensation based on experience Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding practice LifeQuest is an established integrated medical practice serving the East Valley, focused on helping patients achieve long-term health through a combination of medical care, chiropractic, and rehabilitation services. $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
