• General Surgery (Peoria, AZ) Join My Growing Surgical Practice in the West Valley I am a general surgeon based in Peoria, Arizona, and I'm looking for a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join my expanding practice.

Position Overview:

This role offers a balanced mix of outpatient care and surgical exposure, with approximately 60% office-based , and 40% hospital and surgical involvement. You'll work closely with me while also developing increasing autonomy in patient care.

• General gastrointestinal (GI) surgery
• Cancer-related surgery and oncologic care
• Minimally invasive
• Office-based procedures
• Weight loss and metabolic treatment

• Vascular/Vein care
• Minor in office and cosmetic procedures This diversity provides an excellent opportunity to build a well-rounded and highly marketable skill set.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and manage patients in the clinic setting
• Assist in surgical procedures and perioperative care, including robotic surgery
• Provide hospital rounding and post-operative management
• Conduct telemedicine visits as part of patient follow-up care
• Participate in light call responsibilities, including occasional evening ER call (a few times per month)

What I'm Looking For:

• Licensed Physician Assistant (or eligible for licensure in Arizona)
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• A team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
• Surgical experience is a plus, but not required — I'm happy to train the right candidate
• Primary care or family medicine experience would also be considered a plus New graduates are encouraged to apply!
