Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights Employed General Orthopedic Surgery opportunity in a critical access hospital $782K base salary plus significant call income potential Up to $270K annually in call compensation Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Established clinic site with immediate patient access Practice currently supported by 1 FTE surgeon and 2 per diem providers Approximately 420 surgical cases annually with consistent monthly volume Broad case mix including joints, fractures, and general orthopedics Call structure: 1:3 rotation with approximately 20 days per month Call stipend: $1,100 $1,200 per 24-hour coverage for a minimum of 10 calls Two operating rooms, one endoscopy room, and dedicated pain suite Strong support staff including experienced orthopedic tech and MA Leadership opportunity as future cornerstone of the orthopedic program Opportunity to recruit and expand the team in the near future Stable environment with long-term growth potential Community Overview This Northern California community offers a unique blend of small-town charm and outdoor adventure, ideal for physicians seeking both professional fulfillment and lifestyle balance.
