• Primary & Urgent Care | Up to $300K Potential Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization to hire a Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time evening shift role in Crescent City, California.

This provider will treat both primary care and urgent care patients in a collaborative outpatient clinic focused on expanding access to care for the community. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity. This role offers the opportunity to practice broad-scope outpatient medicine in a supportive and fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Provide primary care and urgent care services in an outpatient clinic setting Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions Perform minor procedures and urgent care evaluations Deliver preventive care and patient education Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure quality patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Qualifications Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) Active and unrestricted California PA license (will take pending) Board certification required (NCCPA) Experience in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine preferred Comfortable treating acute and chronic conditions in a fast-paced setting Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Position Overview Schedule:

Evening shift, 3:00 PM

• 12:00 AM Clinic days: Sunday
• Friday Clinical hours: 33
• 40 hours per week Patient volume: Approximately 3 patients per hour Combination of primary care and urgent care visits Compensation Base salary: $160,000
• $200,000 depending on experience Incentive bonus structure available Providers working 40 clinical hours per week and seeing 3 patients per hour can earn up to $300,000 annually Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Relocation assistance available through Stallant Health Additional relocation support may be available through Partnership Health Plan depending on candidate location Supportive clinical environment with strong operational infrastructure
