Job Description

Physician Assistant - Orthopedic Sports Medicine Join a dynamic and fast-paced orthopedic group dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in sports medicine. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant to support our team of three experienced physicians. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional looking to contribute to a collaborative environment while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions Perform patient examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans Provide patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and post-treatment care Assist during surgical procedures and follow-up patient care Document patient interactions accurately and maintain detailed medical records Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient management
Skills and Qualifications:
Certification as a Physician Assistant from an accredited program Valid state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant Prior experience in orthopedics or sports medicine preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining professionalism Our practice values a supportive and innovative culture that encourages professional growth and work-life balance.
