Fremont, CA and Oakland, CA Mission Pain Treatment Center Schedule:
Part-Time (Tuesdays & Wednesdays & Fridays) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing interventional pain practice and ambulatory surgery center in Fremont, CA. This role offers a unique blend of outpatient clinical care and procedural/surgical experience , with the opportunity to assist in advanced interventional cases including spinal cord stimulator trials and implants . This is an excellent opportunity for a PA looking to expand procedural skills and gain hands-on experience in a high-efficiency ASC setting. Key Responsibilities Clinic (Tuesdays & Wednesdays): Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions Perform history & physical exams and develop treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic studies Provide patient education and follow-up care Document encounters in EMR in a timely manner Operating Room /
Procedures:
Assist physician in interventional pain procedures, including: Spinal cord stimulator trials and permanent implants Epidural steroid injections Radiofrequency ablations Other minimally invasive spine procedures Support pre-op and post-op patient care Maintain sterile technique and assist with procedural setup Qualifications Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) Active California license (or eligible) DEA license (or willingness to obtain) Prior experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, or surgery preferred Strong procedural interest (training can be provided for the right candidate) Excellent communication and patient care skills What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation Exposure to advanced interventional and surgical procedures Collaborative, physician-led environment Opportunity to grow into a larger procedural or full-time role About Us We are a physician-led interventional pain practice and ambulatory surgery center focused on delivering efficient, high-quality care. Pay:
$170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
