Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking experienced Physician Assistants for a newly developed Hospital Medicine coverage program supporting one of Central California's largest integrated healthcare systems. Launching September 2026, this innovative multi-hospital coverage model provides Physician Assistants access to multiple inpatient facilities through a single credentialing process—creating exceptional schedule flexibility, ongoing shift availability, and long-term assignment stability. Providers will practice alongside established Hospital Medicine physicians across a diverse inpatient network ranging from large tertiary referral centers to community-based hospitals, all supported by Epic EMR and a mature operational infrastructure.
