Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support.Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate medical care
- Perform Laceration Repairs/Incision and Drainage/Interpret labs and X-Rays treatments as required
- Assist in discharge planning for patients leaving medical facilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Splinting simple fractures
- Manage patient data using eClinicalWorks software
- Conduct triage and urgent care procedures when necessary
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:- Prior Urgent Care Experience or Emergency Room for 2 years
- Proficiency in Lacerations/Incision and drainage/ Ordering and interpreting X-Rays and ECGs
- Familiarity with Splinting
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks software for efficient record keeping
- Strong triage skills for urgent care situations This position offers a competitive salary.
