Ministry Crewmember (Full-Time) Radiant Life Church of Lodi, CA, is an intergenerational church seeking part-time ministry crewmembers. We are a healthy congregation seeing new growth, and in response are building a ministry team to develop solutions for kids, students, young adults, technology, communications, and assist the Lead Pastor in other areas of improving the vitality and effectiveness of our church. Office Hours:

• Thurs. 8:30am-4:30pm, Sunday 7:30am-11:30am We are seeking two or three part-time employees or one full-time employee to fill the responsibilities listed below.
• Daily responsibilities can vary which offer a great opportunity to serve in many areas.

Support administrative needs for kids, youth, young adults, singles, couples, families & seniors Help recruit and develop volunteer leaders in vital areas of ministry while overseeing the volunteer schedule Help develop environments, activities and programming that will strengthen relationships and facilitate spiritual growth Help provide effective communication in the church and community through mailings, phone calls, social media, etc. Coordinate with youth leaders to help plan & oversee events for kids, young adults & life groups Participate in church-wide events, services & initiatives Participate in care and maintenance of facility and church property Other opportunities as assigned by Lead Pastor What makes a great candidate:

• Ability to converse and/or teach in Spanish

• Stage/theatrical lighting
• Graphic design
• Construction
