PAMF-Palo Alto Medical Foundation PAD Position Overview:
Responsible for supporting and coordinating all activities that contribute to the successful recruitment of physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs). This role manages the intake and processing of all incoming applicants in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensures timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Working closely with physician recruiters, the position supports consistent applicant follow‑up and coordination of interview logistics, including scheduling interviews, arranging catering and restaurant reservations, preparing interview itineraries and packets, and maintaining interview schedules in Outlook. The role also prepares departmental recruitment reports, assists in developing recruitment philosophies, plans, strategies, and tactics that promote a successful clinician recruitment program, and performs additional duties as needed to support departmental goals.

EDUCATION
HS Diploma:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE
1 year recent relevant experience. Recruitment experience strongly preferred.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Written and verbal communications and customer service skills with the ability to listen well. Customer service skills and organizational skills. Must have the ability to handle confidential information. Must be able to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines. Attention to detail, work at a high level of accuracy, work with timelines and problem solve in real time situations General skills in computer applications and office equipment including
