$45/hr to $50/hr Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Certified Orthopedic Technician (OTC) to join a outpatient orthopedic clinic in Mission Hills, California. The Orthopedic Technician will support physicians in providing orthopedic care, including casting, splinting, brace fitting, fracture reduction assistance, patient education, and orthopedic procedures. Key Responsibilities Apply, remove, trim, and educate patients on casts and splints Fit and educate patients on braces, slings, crutches, and canes Assist physicians with fracture reductions and orthopedic procedures Perform suture removal and sterile dressing changes Provide gait training and mobility education Apply and manage traction devices, including Buck's traction Educate patients regarding cast care, splint care, and orthopedic treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR Float between clinic locations as needed Required Qualifications Certified Orthopedic Technician (OTC) certification through NBCOT (Required) Minimum 2 years of Orthopedic Technician experience Outpatient orthopedic clinic experience required Current BLS certification Experience with casting, splinting, bracing, and orthopedic patient care Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting HL01

License/Certification:
BLS Minimum 2 years of Orthopedic Technician experience (Required)
