What You'll Do:
Assist neurosurgeons during preoperative and postoperative patient care Support surgical teams in the operating room with neurosurgical procedures Conduct patient assessments, document findings, and update medical records Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Educate patients and families about procedures and recovery processes Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety, and documentation standards
What You Need:
Valid Physician Assistant license in California Minimum of [specify years] years of experience in neurosurgery or a surgical setting Strong communication and team collaboration skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
BLS/ACLS
