We are seeking experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) to join a dynamic General Surgery practice in Palm Springs, California. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside skilled surgeons in a collaborative environment providing comprehensive surgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and perioperative settings. Full-time position with 12+ hour day shifts Opportunity for 1 Per Diem provider to supplement non-surgical coverage Mix of inpatient rounding, consults, admissions, discharges, and surgical follow-up care Non-surgical position Collaborative multidisciplinary team Competitive compensation package CME allowance and professional development support (full-time) Malpractice coverage provided

Responsibilities:

Compensation:

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Full-time providers are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, CME, retirement plan, and malpractice coverage. Salary range is experience driven annually:($153,150K
