  • Full-time Job Summary Palm Health is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Trauma Non-Surgical Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join dynamic trauma care team.
This role involves providing comprehensive non-surgical management for trauma patients within a Level I or Level II trauma center setting. This is a great opportunity to live within view of the San Jacinto Mountains, while enjoying endless sunshine and enjoy being within the perfect balance of the beach/ spa lifestyle and hiking trails. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for trauma patients Manage non-surgical trauma admissions, consultations, and follow-up care Coordinate care with trauma surgeons, intensivists, nursing staff, and ancillary services Order and interpret diagnostic studies Schedule 3 x12s (Day or Night Shifts Open) Qualifications Current certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) Trauma, acute care, emergency medicine, or critical care experience preferred Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
