Physician Assistant -
Salinas, CA Compensation:
$155,000 - $170,000 Annually |
DOE Overview:
Nexus HR is looking for a Physician Assistant in Salinas, CA. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with strong physician mentorship, a balanced workload, and long-term professional development opportunities. This position is ideal for experienced primary care providers or motivated new graduates seeking structured clinical guidance and meaningful patient impact.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including acute care visits, chronic disease management, and preventive health services Deliver patient-centred, evidence-based medical care in a fast-paced clinical setting Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative personnel to maintain efficient patient flow and care coordination Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance-based productivity programs Optional participation in aesthetic services following training and demonstrated clinical interest
Qualifications :
An active California Physician Assistant license is required DEA license required or actively in the process of obtaining Strong interest or experience in primary care or family medicine Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required Excellent clinical judgment, interpersonal communication skills, and team-oriented mindset
Schedule and Work Environment:
Full-time schedule with flexibility to support a 4-day workweek Supportive clinical infrastructure and experienced staff Direct physician mentorship and professional development support
