Our state-of-the-art Urgent Care centers focus on the episodic treatment of acute illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis seven days a week with lab and x-rays on-site. We are seeking a Per-Diem Physician Assistant to join our Team in San Diego, California. What does AFC Urgent Care have to offer? Hourly Rate:
$67-$73 10-12 hour shifts with preapproved overtime pay .
Per-Diem requirement:
Picking up 2-3 shifts per month minimum. Additional bi-weekly bonuses based on patient volume thresholds. What does AFC Urgent Care require? An unrestricted medical license in California DEA Certificate Must be NCCPA Board Certified At least one year's experience in an ER, Urgent Care or Primary Care setting Able to treat patients of all ages and be comfortable with minor procedures (e.g., suturing lacerations, draining abscesses, etc.)
