Requirements:

Current California State NP or PA license Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (NPs) Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NPs (NPs) CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (PAs) Active DEA registration

Preferred:

6 months or more of related primary care experience as an APC (Advanced Practice Clinician - NP or PA)
