Job Description

Requirements Active California NP or PA license Board Certified or Board Eligible ACLS and BLS certifications required DEA certification required
Schedule:
3 days per week, ongoing monthly need Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a background in General Surgery for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Northern California. This is an inpatient-focused role supporting a hospital-based surgical team.

Ongoing coverage 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM shifts Minimum of 12 shifts per month

Approx. 12 INDITP Responsibilities Provide inpatient care to general surgery patients Perform evaluations, rounding, and ongoing patient management Collaborate with surgical and multidisciplinary teams Support continuity of care for post-operative patients
Note:
No operating room responsibilities required
Additional Details EMR:
Epic No call or admissions responsibilities required Support staff includes a team of advanced practice providers
