The Value of Working with Us Per Diem OR first assist 12-hour shifts, flexible scheduling Call can be taken from home with 30 minutes response time Proficient vein harvesting skills required Large variety of cases including but not limited to: CABG, valve replacementand repairs, arrhythmia surgery, aneurysm repair, and aortic dissections,VATS and open lung surgery, pleural space surgery and rib plating. Level II trauma center Collegial and supportive culture Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal PublicService Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Compensation is between $180,345 and $224,607 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
