Our work environment includes:

Modern office setting looking for physician assistant seeing ~16 follow-up patients per day. Addressing a variety of pain concerns and conditions, with a focus on spinal and musculoskeletal concerns (including chronic back/neck pain, failed back syndrome, post surgical pain, spinal radiculopathy, neuropathy, chronic headache, OA, injury/MVA related pain, CRPS) Ordering and interpreting indicated musculoskeletal imaging and EMG/NCS Ordering appropriate interventional therapies (facet injections/MBB, ESI, RFA, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve blocks, joint injections) Performing intra-articular joint injections: Knee (both steroid and HA), subacromial shoulder, greater trochanteric bursa, trigger point injections Completing EMR documentation within 24 hours from visit (no scribe service used) Reviewing and addressing labs/imaging/patient messages as they arrive

Requirements:

Active Physician Assistant license in Colorado Active DEA license
