Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team, working closely with physical therapy, focusing on pain control, and function in skilled nursing facilities.

Compensation Structure Overview Our compensation model is based on an RVU (Relative Value Unit) structure, offering team members full autonomy over their schedules. You have the flexibility to work at your own pace while being rewarded for your efficiency and productivity. The more patients you see, the more RVUs you generate—leading to higher earnings. This structure empowers you to manage your time independently while ensuring your efforts are directly reflected in your compensation. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying and managing medical conditions under the supervision of a Physiatrist. Develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on function and rehabilitation to improve patients' quality of life. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care, including medication management and therapy recommendations. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and preventive care. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Qualifications Licensed Physician Assistant with a valid Connecticut certification. Experience working independently while effectively managing your own caseload. Submit accurate and thorough clinical documentation promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
