Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) Manchester Memorial Hospital - Greater Hartford, CT Live in West Hartford, Glastonbury, or Farmington We are is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative Emergency Department team serving the Greater Hartford region. About the Opportunity The Emergency Department offers a broad mix of patient acuity without overwhelming volumes, allowing Physician Assistants to maintain and grow their clinical skills in a supportive, sustainable practice environment. Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants practice with meaningful autonomy while working in close collaboration with attending physicians. Manchester Memorial Hospital provides a balanced and predictable emergency medicine setting characterized by: A diverse patient population with a wide range of emergency presentations Strong physician collaboration and a supportive APP care model Manageable patient volumes with efficient workflows designed to support provider longevity This position is well suited for experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants seeking long-term stability in a community-based hospital with strong clinical resources and team support. Position Highlights Earn up to $200,000 based on experience Additional incentives may include: Productivity bonuses, Citizenship stipends, Night shift differentia Benefits package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing, $2,500 annual CME allowance, Coverage for licensing, DEA, and professional memberships Suburban ED with balanced acuity and strong attending support Excellent hospital resources and diverse clinical exposures Minimum of 12 shifts per month - Experienced Emergency Medicine APPs are preferred for overnight roles.

249-bed acute-care hospital 30,000-35,000 annual ED visits, 38 treatment rooms, Primary Stroke Center designation 32 daily physician coverage hours and 24 daily APP coverage hours Procedural care based on experience and coordination with emergency physicians and specialty consultants Opportunities to expand procedural and advanced emergency medicine skills Community & Lifestyle Manchester, Connecticut is located just east of Hartford and offers the advantages of suburban living with easy access to major New England cities.
