Job Description
We are representing a top-tier surgical skills training organization headquartered in Florida. This company is a leader in hands-on education for healthcare professionals, empowering clinicians and sales teams to confidently train physicians in advanced orthopedic procedures and technologies. We are seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to play a key role in this mission.
Impactful Role:
Deliver high-touch training programs including cadaver labs, surgical simulations, and interactive learning sessions.Innovation-Driven Environment:

Base salary: $135,000 $140,000Bonus:
Up to 22% of base salary Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and parental leave Onsite perks including complimentary daily lunch and healthcare services Paid volunteer time Conduct surgical training sessions for both healthcare providers and internal sales teams. Develop educational content such as digital training modules, manuals, and guides. Facilitate cadaver labs and provide real-time demonstrations of orthopedic techniques. Collaborate with R D and product teams to improve device usability and training strategies. Serve as a clinical expert, providing feedback to enhance training and product effectiveness. Certified Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or degree in Biomedical Sciences. Minimum of 5 years experience in orthopedic surgery, musculoskeletal medicine, or clinical education. Previous experience in medical training, teaching, or curriculum development. Skilled in surgical techniques and confident leading hands-on labs (cadaver handling required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
