The Role Day shift coverage across neurosurgery and neuro IR Perform H&Ps, care coordination, and assist in procedures Advanced procedures: intracranial monitoring, EVDs, VP shunt taps, suturing, wound care Opportunity to first assist in the OR and cross-cover other APP service lines Work closely with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and patient families Why UM Capital Region Procedural, high-acuity environment with strong training and growth Collaborative, physician-led culture Competitive pay: $61.63-$81.35/hr Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, malpractice, PTO, CME, 403(b) match Qualifications NP or PA with active Maryland license 1+ year neurosurgery or neurocritical care experience preferred
