Private Practice Join a Growing, Patient-Centered ENT Team We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our well-established Otolaryngology (ENT) practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced ENT physicians in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population. What You'll Do As a Physician Assistant in our ENT practice, you will play a vital role in both clinical care and patient education, including: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with general ENT conditions Perform in-office procedures such as nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, cerumen removal, and minor procedures (training provided as needed) Assist in the operating room as appropriate Conduct pre- and post-operative visits Collaborate closely with physicians, audiologists, nursing staff, and clinical support teams Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EHR Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current PA license (or eligibility) in (State) NCCPA certification required Interest in or experience with Otolaryngology preferred (but not required) Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-quality care environment Why Join Us?
