Orthopedic Physician Assistant

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA) to join our West Palm Beach - Okeechobee Blvd office. The ideal candidate will work directly with our orthopedic physicians to evaluate, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal conditions, assist with procedures, and support patients through post-surgical and rehabilitation care. Key Responsibilities Conduct orthopedic evaluations and develop treatment plans under physician supervision. Assist with joint injections, splinting, casting, and minor in-office procedures. Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results as appropriate. Provide pre- and post-operative education and follow-up care to patients. Collaborate closely with physical therapists, chiropractors, and medical assistants to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system. Participate in case management, chart reviews, and provider meetings as needed. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current Florida PA license and NCCPA certification required. Prior orthopedic or sports medicine experience strongly preferred. Strong procedural skills and comfort with joint injections, splinting, and casting. Excellent communication and patient education skills.
