Responsibilities Assist physicians in the care and teaching of patients. Requirements Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant Program Must be eligible or hold current license/registration to practice in the state of Florida. Must have the necessary certification Fluency in the English language with verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively to diverse populations, including physicians, employees, patients and families is also required. Leadership skills are necessary to direct others toward objectives that contribute to the successful treatment of patients. Analytical skills are necessary to evaluate patients' status, health care procedure / techniques and to monitor quality of patient care. Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion while performing duties is essential. Must be energetic, highly motivated and willing to learn. Prior experience preferred but the team is willing to train an ideal candidate with no experience. The accepted candidate would be joining a dynamic and growing group in the region. The position offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits. Looking to fill a position in the office as well as a position rounding on patients in the hospital.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
