Tampa, FL Job Details Contract 2 hours ago Qualifications Inpatient BLS Certification Neurosurgery ACLS Certification Basic life support Decision making Advanced practice provider Hospital experience Physician Assistant License PA-C Full Job Description Overview e are seeking an experienced Neurosurgery Physician Assistant (PA) to support a high-volume, well-established neurosurgery team in the Tampa Bay area. This is a full-time locum opportunity focused on inpatient care with call responsibilities.

Full-time (40 hours/week) + call coverage
Setting:
Inpatient Candidates must be able to commit to at least 2 weeks per month Schedule & Call 40 hours per week Call rotation approximately 1:4-1:5 (nights and weekends) INDITP Key Responsibilities Provide inpatient rounding for neurosurgical patients First assist in neurosurgery procedures Participate in call rotation (nights and weekends) Collaborate with neurosurgeons and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care Required Skills & Qualifications Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
EMR:
Cerner preferred Active Florida license required Minimum 2 years of neurosurgery experience as an advanced practice provider. First assist experience in neurosurgery procedures Strong inpatient management and clinical decision-making skills Board certification required
BLS & ACLS
certifications required
