Physician Assistants provide a wide range of health care services, including the diagnosis and management of acute, chronic, and complex health problems as it relates to skin disorders and conditions. Responsibilities Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests such as biopsies and lab work. Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic skin disorders and conditions. Prescribing medications and other treatments when needed. Managing patients' overall care. Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care our patients deserve. Review all new client intake forms, and document client treatments and plans of care. Build patient partnerships by appropriately matching patient needs to the various services and products offered and clearly educating the patient on how they will receive the most benefit. Attend/conduct in-house training programs. Qualifications Knowledge of Clinical Dermatology, aesthetic services, and treatments Excellent customer service skills and bedside manner Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) Well organized, efficient, and able to operate in a busy work environment Operates in a transparent manner with integrity Willingness to succeed and grow individually as well as part of a team Ability to adhere to designated standards and protocols for medical documentation for services performed. Have thorough knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products in order to appropriately develop patient prescriptions. Have a thorough working knowledge of all medical protocols, standard operating procedures, and policies. Ability to work under an assigned supervising physician. Other duties assigned as deemed necessary by management.
Licensure/Certifications/Education Education and Experience:
At least 2 years' experience inDermatology Board Certified Physician Assistant State Licensure Physical Requirements:
