You will work alongside an established, top-rated urology group in the Atlanta area, seeing patients across general urology. The team operates with a strong culture of ownership and accountability, summed up simply: we are all in this together. Credentialing takes four or more weeks, but you can start seeing patients before it wraps up. The Physician You Will Be Working With You will be partnering with a broad-scope general urologist specializing in robotic and minimally invasive surgery. Their practice spans men's health, women's health, urologic oncology, and complex kidney stone disease. They are trained in da Vinci robotic surgery, laparoscopic techniques, and a full range of minimally invasive procedures including GreenLight Laser, Rezum, UroLift, and Aquablation. They manage everything from urinary symptoms and pelvic floor conditions to oncologic cases across bladder, kidney, prostate, and testicular cancers. This is a high-volume practice which rewards people who are sharp, self-directed, and hit the ground running. What You Will Do Evaluate and manage urology patients in an outpatient clinic setting Round on inpatient cases (acute care privileges required for this component) Partner with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Serve as a consistent, empathetic presence for patients navigating urology conditions Who Fits PA or NP with 2 or more years of experience, preferably in urology, urgent care, emergency or environment with a fast pace. New graduates considered with a demonstrated interest or background in urology Someone who leads with empathy, takes ownership, and makes the team around them better Schedule Monday through Friday Compensation and Benefits Base salary plus performance bonus 401(k) 19 PTO days per year, plus 4 additional hours for weekend on-call 7 paid holidays $2,500 CME allowance (available after six months) plus 3 dedicated CME days $200 annual professional membership reimbursement Professional license renewal and exam recertification covered Medical malpractice insurance $20 monthly cell phone reimbursement
