to improve care coordination New fully equipped Emergency Department Responsibilities Part-time employment with benefits .6 FTE = 1152 hours per year or 8 shifts per month 12-hour shifts 9a-9p or 1p - 1a 1:3 weekend rotation Average # of patients/day = 60 Annual visit volume = 20,000 Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills Qualifications Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Experience preferred Board Certified Provider experience preferred; prior Emergency Medicine experience preferred Required certifications:

BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
