Family Medicine PA *SIGN ON BONUS*

Description The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Family Medicine Nurse or Pediatric Physician Assistant to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA !

7am - 5

PM Full-Time Role :

36 patient contact hours, 4 admin hours per week seeing on average 18-20 patients per day Full supportive provider team includes: 2 physicians, 3 advanced practice providers

Financial Support:

$120,000 sign on bonus with 5-year commitment. Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs

Competitive Salary:

$110,000 - $151,000 based on experience, plus quality and productivity incentives

Physician Assistant:

Graduation from an accredited AMA-approved PA program and/or certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants. Licensed by the Iowa Board of Professional Licensure; licensed to practice in Iowa.
