Advance your inpatient career in a dedicated post-surgical hospitalist role supporting recovering patients during critical overnight hours. This part-time night shift position is designed for experienced Physician Assistants who value clinical autonomy, structured collaboration, and focused inpatient medicine. With a partial sleeping schedule and strong specialty support, this role delivers meaningful impact without burnout-driven volume. Position Highlights Part-time night shift with partial sleeping component $2,000 sign-on bonus Benefit-eligible position Manage post-surgical inpatients in a focused 30-bed setting Practice with autonomy while collaborating closely with surgical teams Practice Environment Specialty-driven inpatient hospital with 10 operating rooms 30 inpatient beds with strong surgical volume Multidisciplinary care model emphasizing evidence-based medicine High clinical standards aligned with national quality benchmarks Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation package Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous 401(k) retirement plan Tuition reimbursement and continuing education support Professional development and leadership training opportunities Employee wellness programs and community engagement events Candidate Requirements Licensed Physician Assistant in the State of Idaho Master's or Doctorate from accredited program BLS upon hire; ACLS within six months Minimum five years of clinical experience preferred .
