APRN /PA

works with a collaborating physician in an active practice at Graham Medical Group to deliver health care services to people of all ages and their families, providing patients with the information they need to make informed decisions about their health care and lifestyle choices. This position will focus on comprehensive mental health care. Graduate of an accredited Master's Degree program for Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant. Board certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant by the State Board of Illinois. Current licensure to practice as an APRN or PA in the State of Illinois. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a mid-level provider. Current licensure to prescribe controlled substances in the State of Illinois Current life support certification (BLS or
