Job Description

Well-respected community-based hospital looking for a Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to work in Northern Illinois about an hour from Rockford, IL! Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Full-time, 40 hours Monday-Friday, 8a-5pm 70% outpatient/30% inpatient Call 10 days per month Will see ages 18+ Urology APP experience preferred EMR used is NextGen and Cerner Competitive salary around 131k depending on experience, comprehensive benefits, PTO, etc Sits on the Rock River with its great boating, hunting, and fishing; offers the Woodlawn Arts Academy for music, performing, and visual arts lessons and classes; and maintains an active park district Please refer to job ID# 4994
