  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment, providing high-quality care to patients in various settings. This role may include inpatient rounding, but will be centered around outpatient clinic. This role is essential for supporting physicians in delivering comprehensive medical services and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The position will require travel between our Marion and Anderson clinic. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Manage medical records accurately using the clinic EMR system Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients when appropriate Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the hospital medicine framework. Adhere to established medical standards and protocols to maintain high-quality care. Requirements Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Valid state licensure as a Physician Assistant. Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively within a team. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of medicine.
