The ideal candidate must have strong first assist experience in CABG, AVR, MVR, thoracotomy, and lung resection procedures, along with inpatient telemetry and ICU management experience. This role supports the CT surgery team with operative, inpatient, and call responsibilities while the facility recruits an additional full-time PA.

Thoracotomy/lung resection first assist procedures Vein harvest and chest tube placement Clean malpractice history preferred Availability should be stated at time of name clear Self-Query NPDB report required at presentation Report must be dated within 30 days of submission Candidates without a KY license, inability to perform required procedures, or significant malpractice concerns will not be considered
