The ideal candidate will open to learning, being a vital part of a collaborative team, and have a positive attitude. Being in a smaller community, one must have strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to build and maintain relationships. Responsibilities- Understanding and helping to implement physical therapy plans of care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary under PT guidance
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient careSkills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience with both acute and chronic injuries is preferred as we see a large Direct Access population. Benefits
