Full Job Description Job Summary:
Rehabilitation Medical Associates is a multi-specialty group providing inpatient care at Encompass Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital. We are seeking a full-time adult nurse practitioner or physician assistant with strong clinical skills and inpatient experience to provide weekday coverage. This is a great opportunity to join an established practice that offers competitive compensation and innumerable opportunities for clinical skill building.
Qualifications:
At least two years of Advanced Practice experience in an inpatient setting, effective communication skills, and comfortable with a team-oriented approach to patient care.
Physician Assistant:
Graduate of an accredited
Physician Assistant Program Nurse Practitioner:
Graduate of a Masters' Program in Nursing Current Massachusetts license to practice, Federal DEA, and MCSR Responsibilities include: Assessing acute and chronic patient illnesses in conjunction with the attending physician Obtaining complete medical history and performing a physical examination Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and studies Formulating and implementing a diagnosis and treatment plan Seeking consultation or referral as necessary Working closely with other members of the rehab team Completing discharge summaries that identify outstanding issues and include plans for follow-up We offer: Highly competitive compensation packages No weekends or nights required 4 weeks' vacation and holiday pay Great suburban location close to Boston Chance to join a collaborative practice
