Physician Assistant Weight Loss & Hormone Clinic

Ultimate Wellness is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and confident Physician Assistant (PA-C) to contract with our high-standard Health Optimization Clinic. This role focuses on new patient consultations and follow-up care in medical weight loss, hormone optimization, and adult wellness. We are looking for a clinician who combines strong clinical judgment with excellent patient communication, professionalism, and follow-through.

Independent Contractor Compensation:

$55

• 85 per hour, depending on experience, clinical fit, and scope

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, focused examinations, review of symptoms, and relevant diagnostics
• See both new patient consultations and follow-up visits
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for weight loss, hormone optimization, and related adult wellness needs
• Review laboratory results and other diagnostics, adjust treatment plans, and manage medications appropriately within scope
• Educate patients on treatment plans, expectations, lifestyle changes, and long-term wellness strategies
• Maintain timely, accurate, and high-quality documentation in the EHR
• Coordinate appropriately with the physician and clinic staff to support a seamless patient experience
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism, responsiveness, and patient care Required Qualifications
• Active Maryland Physician Assistant license in good standing
• NCCPA certification in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of outpatient clinic experience as a PA
• Strong adult medicine background and confidence seeing both new and follow-up patients
• Excellent bedside manner, communication, and documentation skills
• Eligible to practice under a Maryland collaboration agreement
• Willingness to begin the clinic-designated BHRT certification pathway after onboarding and meet required milestones for ongoing contract engagement Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in medical weight loss, BHRT, family medicine, preventive medicine, wellness medicine, or comparable outpatient practice
• Experience with telehealth, lab interpretation, medication management, and longitudinal follow-up
