• Step into an established, high'volume practice supported by strong referral relationships & sustained patient demand
• Practice with the support of dedicated PA/NP staff to optimize clinic flow, surgical efficiency, & continuity of care
• Flexible scheduling options include a 4'day clinical workweek (32+ patient'contact hours) or a traditional 5'day schedule, w/ minimal inpatient rounding & consult responsibilities
• Maintain a balanced weekly workload averaging ~10 inpatient spine consults & ~75 outpatient visits

Compensation:

• Highly competitive compensation package featuring a $900,000 guaranteed base salary w/ additional productivity'based incentives
• $120,000 sign'on bonus
