Job Description

Position Overview St. Louis Pain Consultants is a respected, patient-centered interventional pain management practice with multiple convenient locations across the St. Louis region. We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing team. This role works closely with our physicians to deliver comprehensive, procedure-focused pain management care. Experience in pain management or office-based procedures is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn interventional techniques and build expertise in this specialty. Our practice values compassion, efficiency, teamwork, and a strong commitment to restoring patient function and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations, including histories, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments. Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized state of the art pain interventional management treatment plans. Assist with and, over time, perform office-based interventional procedures such as injections, nerve blocks, and ultrasound-guided techniques (training provided). Provide pre- and post-procedure patient education and follow-up care. Manage ongoing patient visits, medication monitoring, and treatment progress. Document all patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the electronic medical record. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support efficient clinic workflow. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to treat chronic pain conditions including spinal disorders, neuropathic pain, degenerative joint disease, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Contribute to a compassionate, patient-first environment with timely access to care and excellent service standards.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
