Founded by Dr. Emily McLean, TEC is built around a simple belief: patients deserve unhurried, relationship-based care. We offer medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology in a setting that prioritizes the full picture of a patient's skin health — not just the concern of the day. We are looking for an experienced, cosmetic-forward PA to join us as a core clinical partner. This is a rare opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up — to help shape a practice culture, develop a loyal patient base, and practice at the top of your license in a setting that values your expertise and trusts your judgment. The Role You will practice both independently and collaboratively with Dr. McLean, with a primary focus on cosmetic dermatology. You will build and manage your own cosmetic patient relationships while contributing to the broader medical and surgical dermatology practice. Schedule and days are flexible and will be tailored to the right candidate — full-time and part-time arrangements will both be considered. What You'll Do Cosmetic (Primary Focus) Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers Conduct cosmetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Build and maintain your own cosmetic patient relationships Contribute to TEC's cosmetic service line development as the practice grows Medical & Surgical Dermatology See patients for medical dermatology concerns in collaboration with Dr. McLean as needed Assist with and independently perform skin biopsies and minor surgical procedures as appropriate Manage follow-up care and patient communications Practice Building Participate in community outreach and physician referral development Contribute to TEC's social media presence and brand Help shape clinical protocols and workflows as the practice launches and evolves What We're Looking For PA-C with current NC licensure (or eligibility) and DEA registration 5+ years of dermatology and/or plastic surgery experience Strong, demonstrated expertise in cosmetic injectables — neurotoxins and fillers Experience with or genuine interest in laser treatments a plus Interest in lifestyle medicine, menopausal hormone therapy (MHT), obesity medicine, or nutrition is a meaningful plus — TEC sees the skin as a window into whole-body health Comfortable practicing both independently and collaboratively in a small, high-trust team Polished patient communication and consultation skills Entrepreneurial mindset — excited to help build something, not just fill a role Charlotte-area ties and existing patient relationships a plus Details Full-time and part-time arrangements considered; schedule flexible and tailored to the right candidate On-site, Eastover neighborhood,
