  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic Pediatric and Family Medicine practice.
This provider will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. If you are passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and building long-term relationships with families, we'd love to meet you. Duties Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric and family medicine patients Conduct well-child visits, annual physicals, and preventive health screenings Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses Manage immunizations and routine pediatric care Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs Provide patient and family education on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality care Skills Proficiency in EMR/EHR system; experience with medical documentation standards including CPT coding and ICD coding (ICD-10) Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy for accurate patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration; familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team This position provides a dynamic environment where your advanced skills can make a meaningful difference in patient outcomes.
