Full-Time Join the OrthoNC Spine Team OrthoNC is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Spine Team, working directly with renowned Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician Dr. Derek Watson. This is a unique opportunity to thrive in a high-volume, collaborative environment that provides outstanding care to non-operative spine patients in an outpatient setting. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive spine care in clinical settings Collaborate daily with Dr. Watson, fellow APPs, and the broader clinical team Evaluate and manage patients independently and under physician supervision Interpret imaging studies including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans Gain hands-on experience treating both acute and chronic spinal conditions What We're Looking For Licensed PA or NP (board-certified) in North Carolina Experience in orthopedics or neurology preferred - new grads with strong drive welcome Quick-thinking, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently Passionate about teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care Comfortable taking initiative, delegating tasks, and adapting to fast-paced settings A genuine interest in spine care and a commitment to continuous growth Why OrthoNC OrthoNC is a premier, multi-specialty orthopedic group with multiple locations throughout the Triangle, including Injury Express walk-in clinics and an on-site outpatient surgical center.
