• $175,000/year $2,500 sign-on bonus Overview Growing orthopedic and spine surgery practice is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its clinical team in Edison, NJ.

This is a primarily outpatient orthopedic/spine role focused on patient evaluations, follow-ups, and treatment planning with minimal OR involvement. Ideal opportunity for a Physician Assistant seeking a stable weekday schedule, strong compensation, and a fast-paced specialty environment. Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams Develop and support treatment plans for orthopedic and spine conditions Manage follow-up visits and ongoing outpatient care Provide patient education on treatment and recovery plans Document all encounters in the EMR system Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff Requirements Active Physician Assistant license in New Jersey Experience in orthopedics, spine, or surgical specialty preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently in a high-volume outpatient setting Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30 AM
