This advanced practice provider will work collaboratively with surgeons, residents, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care to patients with complex orthopedic and neurosurgical conditions. About the Opportunity This role involves inpatient management, perioperative care, consults, and coordination across the continuum of care. Schedule:

At least one (1) shift per month - 7:00A-5:00P. What your day will look like Provide comprehensive inpatient care to orthopedic and neurosurgical patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up. Perform daily rounds, document progress notes, and manage ongoing clinical needs. Assist with preoperative and postoperative management, including patient education and discharge planning. Conduct consults in collaboration with attending physicians and surgical teams. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and laboratory studies. Participate in care coordination, interdisciplinary meetings, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards. Excellent clinical and communication skills.
