We are a growing, multi-location orthopaedic practice specializing in Hand & Upper Extremity, Sports Medicine, and Workers' Compensation cases across Northern New Jersey. Position Overview The ideal candidate will assist in the operating room, provide support in the office seeing patients, and manage perioperative care under the direction of a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon. Responsibilities First assist in orthopaedic surgical procedures (primarily upper extremity cases) Evaluate and treat patients in the clinical office setting Pre-operative and post-operative patient care Wound checks, suture removal, and injections (if credentialed) Documentation and coordination with the surgical team Ensure efficient OR workflow and high-quality patient care Qualifications Active NJ license (PA, NP, or Certified First Assist) Orthopaedic surgical experience strongly preferred Experience with hand/upper extremity cases a plus Highly motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced surgical environment Strong communication and teamwork skills What We Offer Competitive compensation (commensurate with experience) Exposure to high-volume orthopaedic surgical cases Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity for growth within an expanding private practice If you are driven, professional, and excited to work in a dynamic orthopaedic surgical setting, we would love to hear from you.
