Job Description

The group currently includes two surgeons and two PAs, with a third surgeon onboarding soon, and we are looking for a new PA to join our growing team. We are young and motivated, and we take pride in supporting each other and building a vascular service line that we are proud of. As a PA, you ll work across two teaching hospitals, the Cath lab, a wound care center, and our two office locations (about 20 minutes apart). This is a Monday Friday position with no call and no weekends. We are looking for someone who is eager to practice at the top of their license with proper support. The learning curve may be steep, but we guarantee that you will not be a scribe but rather learn, do, and grow as a clinician. We value autonomy and strong work ethic, good clinical judgment and curiosity, as well kindness and a caring attitude towards challenging vascular patients and staff. Daily duties will include some combination of first-assisting, inpatient rounds, office hours, wound care clinic, and/or procedures. We look forward to mentoring the right person who is eager to develop their skills both of the current PAs were hired as new grads. If you are someone with a strong interest in vascular surgery and looking to grow roots in northern New Jersey, we would love to hear from you. This is a W2 position with full benefits ranging from health insurance to paid time off.
Certification requirements:
Graduate of a Masters Level and accredited PA program, NCCPA active status. BLS and ACLS.
Licensing requirements:
NJ, CDS, and DEA licenses.
